Reverend Dr. Jarvis A. Tracey is the esteemed Bishop and Founder of Faith and Hope Apostolic Ministries (FHAM), one of the most dynamic and Spirit-filled churches in Bridgeport, Connecticut — affectionately known as “the most excited church.” He leads the ministry alongside his wife, First Lady Evangelist Sandra Tracey, with passion, humility, and unwavering devotion.

Dr. Tracey began his journey with Christ at the tender age of eight in his hometown of Belfield, Runaway Bay, Jamaica. A third-generation Apostolic, he is the proud second son of Jolly and Carmelita Tracey and the spiritual successor of his grandfather, the late Bishop Dr. Richard A. Tracey, and grandmother, Mother Christiana Tracey. His life and ministry are deeply rooted in this rich heritage of faith and Kingdom service.

In 2001, he married his partner in life and ministry, Evangelist Sandra Tracey. Together, they have built a legacy centered on faith, family, and purpose. Their union has been blessed with three remarkable children — Jordan, Jezel, and Joshua — and their family has lovingly embraced Breanne as one of their own.

Under divine instruction, Faith and Hope Apostolic Ministries was birthed in August 2007 in the basement of Pastor Tracey’s home. Since that humble beginning, the ministry has grown into a vibrant and thriving church community located at 1475 Noble Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.

Dr. Tracey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Dominion Theological Seminary and received an Honorary Doctorate in Theology from St. Paul’s Bible Institute in Harlem, New York. He is widely known for his revelatory teaching and ability to rightly divide the Word of Truth — equipping believers to walk in spiritual authority and alignment with God’s will.

In June of 2025, Dr. Tracey was officially ordained as a Bishop, a consecration that affirmed his faithful ministry and apostolic leadership both locally and internationally.

His ministry reaches beyond local borders, impacting lives in Jamaica, Canada, the United States, and Africa. In 2023, Pastor Tracey and First Lady Sandra expanded their apostolic assignment with the launch of Faith and Hope Liberia, followed by Faith and Hope Kenya, where he currently serves as Overseer.

In addition to being a sought-after speaker for services, conferences, retreats, and seminary commencements, Dr. Tracey is the author of Walking in Authority: When You Move, God Moves — a bold call for believers to step fully into their God-ordained identity and purpose.

With an unwavering commitment to Kingdom advancement and the steadfast support of his family, Bishop Dr. Jarvis A. Tracey continues to raise up empowered believers, preach the unadulterated Gospel, and call this generation back to spiritual authority, legacy, and divine alignment.
